MINDFULNESS WORKSHOPS

In small group settings through an online platform or in-person, Pathways for Presence founder Hanna Attafi provides mindfulness training by pairing wisdom practices with neuroscience research. During one of her online mindfulness courses, participants learn strategies for coming back to the present moment.

During each online mindfulness training, participants learn how the brain works, how stress impacts the brain, and how various practices can start to prime the brain to better cope with stress. One example of a practice Hanna offers is awareness of the breath. Simple breathwork practices are modeled, taught, and practiced together during each online mindfulness course. This supports participants to feel safe in trying out new practices as we learn together.

Hanna teaches a large variety of mindfulness practices and allows for plenty of time and space for these to filter and land. Hanna encourages participants to pay attention to their bodies, and see what lands, or feels right. Those are the practices for you! There is no right way, no only way. There are so many pathways for presence.

Hanna's lively personality, calm energy, and sense of humor create an awesome group dynamic, even in a virtual space. Her knowledge and experience are reflected in the ease and comfort of her offerings. Workshops are intended to be science-based and informative while also interesting and valuable to every participant.
