There are so many pathways for presence. While online mindfulness workshops for the workplace are a great foundation for learning content about the body, brain and breath, there are a variety of strategies to explore on your own! 


Hanna offers weekly online yoga meditation classes (through Zoom) if you’d like to start or support a moving meditation or yoga practice! Many former workshop participants tune in weekly to sustain and connect their mindfulness practice with movement + breath through a yoga class.
